Quisach Roundabout in ZA/UM's official Director's Cut imagery.
ZERO PARADES: Director's Cut is due on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2 on November 3, 2026. Existing PC owners of ZERO PARADES: For Dead Spies already received the Director's Cut as a free update on October 1. These are two different release events.
Existing PC owners have a different next step
ZA/UM's announcement makes the free upgrade specific to existing owners of the PC game. It does not turn that entitlement into a promised console copy. If you already own For Dead Spies on PC, check the updated edition in that library before buying another version. If you are waiting for a console, the current announcement is a launch date, not confirmation that the game is available early.

The cut changes more than the label
The update adds the Quisach Roundabout Dramatic Encounter and Backstage Mode, alongside inventory improvements and additional material. Backstage lets players inspect earlier environments and hear development commentary. That gives the edition two distinct attractions: more of the spy story and a look at how its scenes were made. Neither is a substitute for a review of the finished writing or pacing.
Read the controller claims by platform
The console announcement names Joy-Con 2 mouse controls, touchscreen support and HD Rumble 2 for Switch 2. For PS5 it names adaptive triggers, haptic feedback and controller-speaker support. Xbox's current weekly release list separately confirms its November 3 edition and Xbox Play Anywhere. Do not transfer a feature named for one machine to another, and do not infer performance from the feature list.
Choose a platform, then verify the launch
ZA/UM describes an espionage RPG built around conversations, skills and dice-driven Dramatic Encounters. Its official footage is the next useful stop for understanding that pace before selecting a version. No precise regional unlock time is established by the sources used here, and this report does not verify cross-save, cross-buy between console families or frame rate. Check the exact console listing on launch day. For current PC owners, the immediate question is simpler: have you explored the update already in your library?
