The service

Gamer-Z-Paradise provides gaming discovery, editorial content, community features, creator information and account tools. Availability varies by feature. A preview, planned feature or sandbox is not a promise of an operational marketplace, payment service or commercial partnership.

The service is operated by Pittari Solutions, Inc. dba Gamer-Z-Paradise and is intended for adults aged 18 and older in the United States. This review draft describes intended service rules. Adoption date and applicable legal provisions must be confirmed before these become published terms.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Use only accounts and platform identities you are authorized to use. Do not share recovery links, impersonate others, bypass access restrictions or automate abusive requests.

Account controls support password changes and session revocation. Recovery depends on the configured email service. Deletion requests disable access while retained records are reviewed. Eligible removed or anonymized data may not be recoverable.

Contributions and conduct

Submit content only when you have the rights and permissions needed to share it. Do not submit unlawful material, threats, harassment, scams, exposed credentials, private personal information or fabricated reviews. Follow the community guidelines and disclose material commercial relationships in recommendations.

Submission does not guarantee publication. Contributions can be queued, declined, removed or escalated. Moderation records may be retained to explain decisions and handle reports. Sensitive safety, rights and privacy reports can require specialist review.

The final content-license language requires review before adoption. This draft does not add an unreviewed transfer of ownership or blanket license over member content.

Editorial information and corrections

Articles and recommendations reflect their stated sources, dates and scope. Prices, availability and game details change; check the merchant or official provider before relying on a commercial detail. Editorial approval and affiliate eligibility are separate decisions.

Merchant links and sandbox features

Marketplace controls labelled demo or sandbox test the displayed workflow. They do not enable real payments, payouts, escrow or identity verification. Do not send money or sensitive payment information through a test conversation.

Creator participation

An application, submitted profile or platform link is not proof of a partnership or endorsement. Public creator information is reviewed. Represent your identity and affiliations accurately, disclose paid relationships and use media you are authorized to share.

Linked platforms control their accounts and media. A third-party video, stream, profile or product may become unavailable.

Restrictions and review

Access or content may be restricted to address misuse, security risks or unresolved reports. The review process records reasons and distinguishes a temporary hold from a final decision. A voluntary closure is recorded separately from a request to erase your account. Closure starts the six-month closure review schedule; an explicit deletion request disables access immediately and enters privacy review. Open commercial or safety responsibilities can delay disposition of related records. The final appeal process and applicable legal rights require review before adoption.

Changes and adoption

Adopted terms will show their effective date and explain how material changes are communicated.
