What this notice covers

Pittari Solutions, Inc. dba "Gamer-Z-Paradise" operates this service for adults aged 18 and older in the United States. Gamer-Z-Paradise connects gaming articles, game discovery, community contributions, creator profiles and account tools. This notice describes information handled by those features. Merchant websites, video platforms and other linked services have their own privacy notices.

Only provide information needed for the feature you are using. Do not put passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or another person’s private information in public posts or marketplace messages.

Information you provide

When you create or use an account, we handle your email address, username, display name, password hash and account activity such as successful sign-ins. Optional profile and account information includes an avatar, biography, gamer tag, birth year, region, timezone, linked gaming-platform handles, gaming preferences and saved items. We also store your privacy, appearance and notification choices. If you use the address book, we store the name and address you provide, any optional phone number, and your shipping or billing preference. Providing address information does not mean that live checkout or payments are enabled.

We store contributions and interactions you submit, such as posts, replies, questions, answers, reviews, votes, follows, group memberships, collections and reports. Public content and profile information may be visible to others according to the feature and its settings. Reports, review evidence and internal moderation notes have different access restrictions.

Marketplace features labelled sandbox can store listings, test orders, buyer/seller identities, messages, delivery instructions, disputes and workflow history. They do not process real payments, payouts or identity verification. Do not put payment-card details, identity documents, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information in messages or submissions.

If you send site feedback, we store the category, message, sanitized page context and any optional contact email you provide. Authorized staff can add review status, tags and internal notes. Feedback is not automatically linked to an account, and an email entered on a submission is not proof of ownership. Account exports do not automatically include this feedback. Contact info@gamer-z-paradise.com for feedback privacy requests; request-specific verification may be needed. Providing a feedback email does not subscribe you to marketing.

Creator and staff information

Creator applications and profiles can include a display name, handle, biography, images, platform links, contact email, stream schedule and timezone, publication consent and ownership-review information. Approved public profiles may also show information obtained from public platform sources, such as channel details and audience statistics. Review notes and contact details are handled separately from public profile content.

For staff access and publishing, we store staff names, email addresses, password hashes, roles, access status and sign-in/security history. The CMS also stores author bylines, biographies, profile images, credentials and public links, along with editor attribution, content revisions and operational records. Information entered in the CMS may identify staff, authors or creators even when they do not have a customer account.

Account security and privacy requests

We use account and security information to authenticate access and limit abuse. Password recovery sends an expiring, single-use link to the account email address. Completing recovery changes the password and invalidates older sessions. We store reset-token hashes and timing/state information rather than plaintext reset tokens in the account database. Security controls use hashed identifiers and request counters; this does not mean our hosting providers never process network addresses.

Privacy requests retain the information needed to record the request, responsible reviewer, decisions, holds and outcome. Account export and redaction cover their stated account-linked records; feedback, provider copies, support correspondence and backups may require separate review.

Google Search Console connection

Gamer-Z Paradise Growth is an owner-operated reporting tool for improving this site's search performance and editorial planning. When the site owner connects Google, the tool requests read-only Search Console access and limits reports to gamer-z-paradise.com. Reports can include search queries, page addresses, dates, countries, device categories, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average search position. This connection does not request Gmail, Google Drive or permission to change Search Console data.

The backend retains an encrypted refresh token so the owner can request reports without signing into Google each time. Access is restricted to the designated owner account and the services that operate the backend and database. The encryption key is stored separately from the database. The reporting endpoint does not save report results to the database; an owner can retain separately requested reports for analysis. Google data from this connection is not sold or used for advertising targeting.

The owner can revoke access in Google Account's third-party connections and contact info@gamer-z-paradise.com to request deletion of the stored connection credential or retained reports. Revocation stops future Google access; deletion of retained copies is a separate step. Credentials are retained while the connection is maintained, and database backups follow the provider's retention process. Temporary connection state expires after ten minutes and is removed on a subsequent connection attempt.

Visibility and service providers

Published contributions and approved public creator information can be viewed, indexed and copied by others. Order conversations are available to authorized participants and staff handling the workflow. An account export does not disclose another participant’s private account information or confidential safety material.

Hosting, database, email and measurement providers process information needed to operate their services. External media can contact the platform hosting it. Following a merchant link takes you to that merchant or its affiliate network; their collection and retention practices are separate from account controls here.

Cookies, local storage and measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 on eligible public Home, Wire, Games, Shop and Creators pages to measure visits and progress toward our traffic goals. Analytics cookies distinguish browsers and sessions; a measured browser is not necessarily one person. Google receives page-view, session and engagement information, browser/device information and the network information needed to receive requests. Our configuration sends page addresses without query strings or fragments, omits referring-page addresses, uses a generic page title, and does not send account IDs. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.

This Google Analytics collection excludes account and login pages, the Lounge, search, creator dashboards and applications, seller draft flows and affiliate redirects. We do not start or continue this collection when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. You can also block or clear Analytics cookies through your browser. Clearing cookies does not delete reports already held by Google or prevent collection on a later visit unless you also block it. These choices concern Google Analytics; other services described in this notice have their own behavior.

Customer sign-in cookies last up to 30 days; staff sign-in cookies last up to 12 hours. Sign-out and credential/session controls affect access as described in the account tools. Browser storage also keeps appearance and navigation choices and, where used, local tool drafts. These local settings are distinct from records submitted to the server.

The site includes Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for public traffic and page-performance measurement. The application excludes account and login routes from those clients and filters outgoing events for those routes. This is not a claim that hosting diagnostics or every third-party request is disabled. The additional custom growth-event collection is currently off. Stored notification or marketing preferences do not by themselves establish an active advertising or email campaign.

When an eligible affiliate link uses the site's attribution feature, it may set a random first-party cookie for up to 30 days. The click record can include keyed hashes of visitor/network/browser signals, the source page and placement, merchant/product information, country, timing and abuse-review information. That record does not use the customer's account ID. External merchants, affiliate networks and media platforms apply their own practices when you interact with them.

Your account controls

Account settings let you change profile information, preferences, contact details and your password, and revoke older sessions. Data export requires your current password and includes a coverage manifest explaining excluded data and items needing separate review.

A password-confirmed deletion request disables the account and revokes sessions immediately. It starts a tracked review rather than erasing every record at once. Download any needed account data before requesting deletion. Contact info@gamer-z-paradise.com for a request you cannot complete through the account controls. Do not send a password or recovery link as proof of identity.

Retention and deletion review

The selected policy makes accounts eligible for deletion review six calendar months after their last successful sign-in, or six calendar months after a separately recorded voluntary closure. A warning must be confirmed delivered at least 30 days before deletion. If a warning arrives late, deletion waits another 30 days; failed or unconfirmed warnings do not start that clock. A new successful sign-in cancels inactivity eligibility. Accounts without a successful sign-in are excluded from inactivity processing; a separately authenticated voluntary closure starts its own six-month schedule. Automated inactivity cleanup remains pending operational activation and verification of warning delivery.

An explicit account deletion request follows the separate privacy request process and is not delayed by the six-month inactivity or closure schedule. It disables access immediately and enters owner review. Deletion review removes or anonymizes eligible identity and contribution data and records the outcome. Unresolved orders, disputes, safety cases and linked creator or editorial responsibilities can need a separate disposition. Holds identify a reason, responsible operator and review date rather than providing a blanket exception.

Some audit references may remain to explain past decisions without restoring a public profile. Backups and service-provider copies need separate handling; removing a live account does not prove those copies are erased. The request record distinguishes completed work from unresolved items.
