Insomniac describes claws, kicks and critical strikes, with New Game Plus, Mission Replay and Nightmare Challenges among its announced launch features. That is a different commitment from the strategy and management games later in this lineup: the central attraction is direct combat, not building an economy or managing a party. Before deciding, read the developer's breakdown of violence, language and accessibility options. Those settings are more useful purchase information than an assumption that familiar Marvel branding makes the game suitable for everyone.
Woodo gives this combat-heavy month a different shape. You position pieces inside wooden dioramas; correct placements bring color, animation and discoveries to the scene.
